Description

This application is a must for runners who are looking to improve their overall running performance. Using the tap function, you can determine your current running cadence or alternatively you can specify your exact cadence requirements and set your running cadence accordingly. Selecting a custom cadence allows you to run to a pre-determined cadence which features a helpful audio sound to help you keep in time. Features include: - Calculate current cadence by unique tap feature - Train at different cadence via the customisable cadence selector options. - Variable cadence from 30 - 220.
