Terrible!

The architecture of this app is very poor. There is no actual support for the app, only the bank reps with generic CSR rebuttals. I couldnt create username because my ssn is associated with another acnt. I called for help and they told me I will have to wait a few weeks for them to update their database and resolve the issue. I asked them why they have multiple databases - she couldnt answer the question.... I DONT FEEL SAFE HAVING THESE KNUCKLEHEADS HANDLING MY FINANCES! And we wonder why our nation has so much personal identity theft.

Cannot Login

Wrong number listed on my app when I get to the send 1 time passcode portion of the create acct process. Called customer service who was no help. Customer service states they changed the number in the system and it "could" change in the app but that can take up to 2-3 bill cycles. WASTE OF TIME.

I can log in on the website with my computer, however the app tells me I need to register an account, then when I go to register, tells me I already have an account. Pity.

Care credit is a good company, BUT...

The app stuck at you need to call customer service to update your phone number, I called and updated on the website with no end to that screen. So friggin aggravating. Thank you for trying please fix it soon.

Dont Bother Installing Until They Fix this App

Ok, so I installed the app and created an online account. Next, it asks me to confirm by either calling or sending a text to my phone. The only problem is that the app isnt pulling the phone numbers from my profile. Instead, its using a phone number that was disconnected over 5 years ago.
