Carla - Cheap Car Rental Deals at Mac App Store analyse

Worst experience ever.They actually do not own cars but are agencies for car hire companies. We booked a car through Carla but we were surprised that we were booked on SupRise car rental at Heathrow airport.If you are reading this and considering renting a car via Carla rental or SupRise Car Rental please stay far away from them. SupRise rental car has the most rude and unprofessional and unfriendly staff. They are arrogant and do not answer calls .They don’t help anyone at all.

Please listen to this reviews! I wish I would have, believe everyone about the horrible service, no refunds, changing your booking info. etc, etc. It's not worth your time, your money, your stress or the headaches. Go straight through the car dealer, you will be better off and you'll thank us later. Btw, had to choose 1 star, 0 stars is not an option.

Horrible!!! don't use it please!!!! I have to pay 140.00 dlls for a car I didn't use. they are refusing to give me my money back. I cancelled because when I went to get my car, I have to pay another 154.00 on top of that. They were not clear, first time user and last time user. they don't respond to your emails.
