I signed up for emerald club and entered in all of my information based of what a work colleague told me about the company. I entered all of my trip information and hit next 20X with no result. I know Hertz Gold works just fine. Im sure the company is great, but the app developers are failures. National should spend more money on their tech employees.
Wheres my reservations??
App upgrade dropped all reservations from account. Have to look up each individually which of course requires opening email to find confirmation number. Once found, the reservations still do not appear on reservations page. So basically the most useful part of the app no longer works.
Cant sign in anymore on both iPhone and iPad
There must be a problem with their server side, I have not been able to sign in for an entire week. Please fix.
Finally
Finally... Being a heavy national renter, I have been waiting for this app forever. Works great, saves time and frustration logging in on the national website from my phone. Love it!
Cant make a reservation.
I have been able to see reservations but yet been able to make one via this app. Continually get the message "system error".
New version will not install.
Great app until new version will not install and now I am stuck between versions and cant use the app.
