Carnival HUB at Mac App Store analyse

Loved the app but now that we are home I want to either move it into a file or delete it. I can't figure out how to do either. How can I move or delete it? It is useless when not on a ship and I don't need it on my screen!

One week on Carnival Pride using the hub app with many family members: Issues: Chat disconnects frequently resulting in missed messages, when charging $5 for the ability to IM, there needs to be consistent message delivery. Chat messages are often not received in group texts, even when connected. One-to-one is more reliable Cannot update profile picture from existing photos Cannot update profile picture from camera Camera does not allow cropping or moving of photo to fit frame "Whos going" does not work, it shows a person icon, but no name with the icon If you favorite an event, it does not update the people icon to show the correct number of people attending/interested When you favorite an event, does this mean youre going and it should update the whos going list, or is it just for you to keep as a Favorite/possible event to go to.... Make this clearer "Interested", and "Going" options Feedback does not connect when on the boat without internet package, and cannot use the app when off the boat... Correction, connected once on last day of cruise. Feedback form on survey monkey is not in a mobile format, difficult to decipher and slow to load. Needed Items: Received icon for message recipient to "click" this should then send instant notification back to sender with a simple blue dot, etc....showing message has been viewed Ship Location and Speed Maps Weather Forecasts Kids club schedule Important ship wide announcements (easily missed otherwise) Option for parents to add kids club user id to receive text messages from kids club

Downloaded it- photo worked, date for cruise didnt work and 50% of their boats are not available for use. Maybe carnival should have this app actually work for their customers prior to launching and asking us to download !!

This app was extremely helpful! I went with several family members and decided to pay the $5 for the chat option. We were able to coordinate and communicate easier. We didnt have many issues with the chat option. Sometimes, it did disconnect but we just had to push the reconnect button that came up and it would work again. I do wish this app had more like dinner menus but it isnt necessary.

This app was great for our big group!! Being able to message everybody was extremely helpful and I loved the ability to see and purchase our photos!!!

This app helped me have the best time of my life!!!. I cant believe its over already
