Really Nice!
Lab tech
I was skeptical on all the energy stuff an thought its all bogus. But I say I do a meditation everynight and a chakra complete cleanse each sunday. This application is very good for a quick balance and relaxation weather its energy for the day or needing a good sleep. I have never fallen into such a deep meditation just in practice mode. Now I highly believe in chakra meditation with other meditational practices as well. It is fantastic and calming.

Super introduction to Energy work
I love using this app! It has wonderful diagrams as well as guides for self and partner work. Quite a bargain. I use it regularly.
Good but....
Yes this is very helpful and works nicely do I believe its worth 4.99? No. It does help does work but for 4.99 Id like a little more not a lot but a little but more.

Great but overpriced
I love Mary and Richards podcast and have no complaints about the quality of the app or its content...except that the content is much leaner than I expected for a $4.99 app. I anticipated that there would be separate meditations for each of the major chakras to allow for working on specific blockages, etc. along with a meditation that balances all seven. Were this the case, Id feel better about the price. Nonetheless, I will use the app and always love Marys guides & Richards music.
