Are you about to implement some new ways-of-working into your business and need to be certain that everybody is ready for them? Do you need to ensure that any impact on customers, staff, stakeholders, processes, technology and current levels of service will be minimised during transition to the new ways-of-working?
Using our extensive experience of delivering and independently reviewing change projects and programmes, we have developed the Change Readiness Assessor app to give you:
• an overall rating of the readiness of the business to implement this change
• a detailed rating for the four key areas of organizational readiness, people readiness, process readiness and technology readiness
• recommended Corrective Actions to effectively increase your readiness for the change
• options to print or e-mail the report to colleagues
The Assessor can hold multiple change projects, and you can revise your rating at any time during a project’s life.
This app does not replace our full business change consultancy services but does give you a good overview of the business’ readiness for the change and a set of corrective actions that you can undertake to increase your readiness to move to new ways-of-working.
