Description
Project Risk Gauge is a new app from Bestoutcome that helps you objectively assess your project’s risk rating.
To help drive project success, it’s always a good idea to review your project both before the project starts and at different stages in the project’s lifecycle.
Using our extensive experience of delivering and independently reviewing projects, we have developed Project Risk Gauge to give you:
· an overall risk rating for your project
· a detailed risk rating for the four key project risk areas of initiation, planning, governance and outcomes
· recommended mitigation actions to effectively reduce your project’s risk
· options to print or e-mail the report to colleagues
The Gauge can hold multiple projects, and you can revise your project’s risk at any time.
This app does not replace our full health check service but does give you a good overview of your project’s risk and the set of mitigation actions that you can undertake to remove the risk or reduce its likelihood or impact.
