Description
CHC support is a mobile app created by Utila, LLC to support Childrens Health Council (CHC) IOP clients between visits in working toward their goals. In order to get an account you must be a current client of Childrens Health Councils IOP program and your provider(s) need to first determine whether the app is a good fit for you. Just because you have the app does not mean that you are a client of Childrens Health Council. Some of the areas of the app, like the DBT skills section, are accessible without logging in, but other areas like the diary card require that you have an account and are logged in.
