Chess Tutor has been specifically developed for new chess players. It can take you through from complete novice to a good chess player. It makes learning and developing in chess fun by a range of tutorials, mini-games and puzzles that hone skills before the full chess game is tackled. Of course, you can just play it at chess if you please! Great learning tool

I found the app working very well, giving you the feel of what playing chess is all about even while just learning the moves of the different pieces. However, I miss solutions of the puzzles, right now I am stuck on Puzzle 5 and no one has been able to help me out. A glitch maybe?

It is cheap. But it is not a tutor! It offers few quizzes and few short games. Does not teach you much. No single lesson. Where are tactics, gambits, even basic strategies. Youtube offers much more for free. Not worth money.

This app does not even try to teach you any methods or strategies but simply beats you every time not explaining what you should or could have done. A true waste! There are much better chess apps that are FREE$$$.
