Pas mal de programme mais il Manque le plus important les instruction de l entrainement oralement pendant l effort donc impossible de l utilise sur le vélo .. Donc il faut attendre une mise a jour dommage

L appli vous fait une liste d exercice, a vous de vous débrouiller avec ca...... Pas de réel plan dentraînement, de suivi dans le temps... Sans expérience comment savoir enchainer les exercices, sur quelle durée....?

Large choix dentraînement en vélo ou Home trainer, de quoi varier les plaisirs ;) Très bonne réactivité des développeurs lorsque lon a une question. Seule petit bémols il faut avoir un capteur de cadence sinon comme moi il faut compter! ;).

Bonne appli avec de bons progs dentraînement personnalisés. Equipe très réactive ! Le retour audio manque et largument de la sécurité me semble léger. Il suffirait davoir un retour audio très bref du type "zone 3 90rpm 5 minutes". En tout 3 secondes. Ce nest pas ça qui mettra notre sécurité dangereusement en péril. Et ce serait une vraie aide car autrement, à part le homme trainer, inadaptable sur route sauf à se rappeler soi même de lintégralité du programme (compliqué)

Super application qui permet de programmer facilement son training. En complément des séances de home trainer (idéales pour une remise à niveau), les sorties sur route révèlent une vraie progression (endurance, fréquence cardiaque) ; je nai pas encore exploité tous les programmes de la v1.2 mais je vois que la nouvelle version apporte un vrai bonus sur la puissance. Mention spéciale pour lassistance super-réactive et qui assure un vrai suivi, appli. évolutive à prendre sans hésiter, bravo aux développeurs !
