Over time, your records begins to reveal patterns of behavior that you and your therapist can identify and work with. Muito eficiente para registrar pensamentos, sentimentos e emoções. Mas talvez a parte de "emoções" pudesse ter mais opções para digitarmos, ou então mais opções fixas. Mas a ideia do app em si é excelente e eu consegui enviar os relatórios por e-mail.
