Colitis Tracker is the clinical symptom log built for people living with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS, and other digestive conditions — designed to give you and your gastroenterologist the data that actually matters.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything you log lives in your own Google Drive, OneDrive, or iCloud — your choice. Colitis Tracker never stores your health information on our servers. No subscriptions. No data mining. No cloud you don't control.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Daily symptoms — rectal bleeding, abdominal pain, fatigue, bloating, nausea, tenesmus, and more
- Bowel movements — individual events with time and Bristol Stool Scale type
- Medications — daily adherence plus infusion and appointment tracking for scheduled treatments
- Food triggers — see which foods correlate with your symptoms
- Menstrual cycle (optional)
- Weight — synced with Apple Health
- Mental wellness — optional PHQ-9 depression and GAD-7 anxiety screenings, prompted every two weeks

Colitis Tracker started in 2014. It was built for a registered nurse living with Crohn's disease who needed a clinical record she could actually hand to her doctor. The app has been completely rebuilt from the ground up — available on any device, with the same focus on privacy and clinical utility it was founded on.
