Description

The ComEd Mural app enables people to have an augmented reality experience with the mural located on ComEd’s energy storage site on 3807 S. Michigan Avenue. Use your camera to scan the mural. Using image recognition, the mural will become animated through your phone. Learn more about the historical figures and green tech projects which are featured in the mural. Play a mini game where you can create a renewable microgrid for a Bronzeville neighborhood in a 3D rendered experience. If you are not able to be at the mural site, you can test the augmented reality experience using our web markers. Follow easy instructions that guide you through our AR experience. This augmented reality mural is the artistic vision of the Before It’s Too Late team located in Miami, FL.
