Description
This augmented reality experience is designed for Losner Park in Homestead, Florida. Explore the Everglades Safari and learn about species that are important to our ecosystem. Use your phone’s camera to discover and interact with 3D-generated plant and animal species of the Everglades and Biscayne Bay. Feed them, dance with them, and add them to your Biodex. Players who discover all the species in the game win a 3D-printed sculpture.
This app was developed by a Miami-based nonprofit artist collective called Before Its Too Late (BITL) in collaboration with The Everglades Foundation and sponsored by the City of Homestead.
