Description
The CommRisk VIP App is offered exclusively to CommRisk Insurance policy holders to access the suite of 24hour emergency services. The CommRisk App panic button provides a direct link to the CommRisk 24hour Assistance Call Centre allowing us to identify you and locate you in the event of an emergency. The Accident Assist Function allows the user to scan, save and send vehicle licence discs and driver licences cards from the scene of an accident. CommRisk provides clients with a live view of their personal policy information showing each individual risk item and the premium amount. The App also provides the ability to request additional cover when purchasing new assets and updating of personal and asset details. The App allows policyholders to complete and sign all personal claims forms and submit them to the Claims Department. The CommRisk VIP App continues to provide a platform for policyholders and CommRisk to build and maintain excellent relationships.
