The Global Choices App - Global Assist - has been developed to provide Brokers, Underwriters and Insurance Companies direct access to their members.
Global Choices One Assistant App provides direct access to the app user in the event of an emergency - the app user has a panic button on the app that sends a message to our contact centre that includes vital information to ensure swift action - name, contact number, emergency contact details and most importantly their location. This process is also used to access the suite of Assistant Services that are provided to staff members as part of the valued added programme. Clients are able to view live policy data and complete all insurance related claims.
