Missing Functionalities

I downloaded the app because I had an email that needed to be sent while I was away from my office. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to copy any of my drafts that I set up as templates. I dont want to have to recreate an email every time I send it. Since I was in a pinch, I decided to create an all new email. I was unable to center text or to make text bold. Not being able to fully format the text is a deal-breaker for me. Two stars because yes, you can still send an email. But only two because there are missed functionalities in the app.

App is worthless to check statistics of campaigns you send! Takes 2 days to even show up as sent instead of scheduled and then statistics of opens and clicks dont match statistics shown on CC website! And please add refresh button!!!

No copy campaign function.

Every month I put out a couple of newsletter announcements so I use the last one and change the date. I tried using this and there is no copy function. I even used the help function to do it right. There is a heading called "copying campaign" it says to open the campaign and hit the copy button at the bottom of the page (an icon of 2 pages), there is no icon or way to copy the campaign. Therefore there is no point in me having this app.

How stupid is it that the company that says dump your old non mobile formatted emails, everyone uses mobile devices to view their emails does not have a full function mobile app? Great job at wasting our time Constant Contact. How long before you join us in the second decade of the 21st century?
