Description
In the summers of 1926 and 1927 David Binney Putnam joined his father, the author, explorer, and publisher George Palmer Putnam, aboard Captain Bob Bartlett’s ship the Effie M. Morrissey, bound for the far north. Young David, only 13 in 1926, had many exciting adventures on these trips. He tried paddling a kayak, took part in a walrus hunt, and visited with Inuit in Greenland and Baffin Island. David wrote two popular books about his Arctic experiences. This game, and a film, were based on his time in the north as well. In this game you can share in his adventures and if you are lucky and land on a star you might get to see some in action!
