DCF Calculator implements the Discounted Cash Flow formula to help you estimate the value of any investment, like a stock.
DCF Calculator performs a two-stage projection of the growth of free cash flow from your investment:
Stage 1: Years 1-10
Stage 2: Years 11 and beyond
You enter:
1) 1st Year FCF
2) Stage 1 CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate)
3) Stage 2 CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate)
4) Discount Rate
and DCF Calculator projects the cash flows and sums them into a single result!
You can optionally take the result as a per share value, or as a valuation for the entire enterprise.
DCF Calculator is free and comes with several in-app upgrade options:
1) Ad-free: you can optionally choose to have these removed via an in-app purchase.
2) Discounted Cash Flow Table: See your cash flow projected out to ten years and the resulting discounted cash flows all in tabular format. See how much of the value comes from the first ten years (Stage 1) and how much comes from past ten years. (Stage 2)
DCF Calculator supports internationalized currency formatting. This means that you can feel comfortable working with whatever currency formatting you are used to in your home country.
