Not Working

Alexdu37 · 9 years ago · v1.0.3

QR Scan do not work. Tried on QRL new R430

Had not worried once

Bridgecross · 9 years ago · v1.0.3

I run an outfit with about 50 Dell workstations and servers, most less than 5 years old. This app has never scanned any of them.

Useless

Dell Shannon · 9 years ago · v1.0.3

I wanted this to work. I want to be able to enter service tags and get instant information. As all of the other reviewers state, you really have to drill into product lines down into a product to be able to get to Service tag entry. Then it got worse. I entered tags that I looked up on their web site hours ago. Said invalid tag. On the screen it says if it gives that very message on a valid tag just keep entering it until it comes up. After 6 times typing it I gave up. Im going to waste just a little more time, uninstalling it.

Worthless

xEODGuy · 9 years ago · v1.0.3

Dont bother. This thing is so old, and incomplete, it does nothing useful. Dell, please try again. Something that I can use to scan service tags and get quick information. How hard can that be?

A good start

Dickdeck · 9 years ago · v1.0.3

Its OK. Videos are nice. UI needs work. Its good if you have a current system, but not old ones.

Nice videos

Rotfuddrecited · 9 years ago · v1.0.3

Videos are good but needs more and support more products

Funktioniert mit in Deutschland ausgelieferten Servern nicht

connect.me.now · 13 years ago · v1.0
