App not working
Keeps saying "login failed" and crashes when you try to sign-up

Terrible app
The camera is great, but this app is horrible. It constantly freezes, and frequently says "login failed" and will not work. Ive had to delete and reinstall it numerous times now. Would not buy this camera again just because the app is so bad.
Easy to use
Great app. Im using it with a HooToo camera, and it works perfectly. Hasnt crashed yet -- maybe they fixed the bugs the other reviewers mentioned.
Ok App - needs work.
The basic functions of this app work well. Easy to view the live camera feed, set up WiFi, pan/zoom works well, audio is easy to use. However some of the advanced functions are more difficult. I inserted a micro SD card for recording video. Every time I delete a snapshot or video the app crashes. When the app starts up again I find that most of the snapshots and videos are gone, not just the one I tried to delete. I had to reboot the camera to get the motion sensor settings to work. When the app crashes the settings get reverted back. Every single time you change a setting you have to click save or your changes dont take affect. There are no instructions for how to use some of the settings or what they mean. For instance I didnt know what IO Alarm meant so I had to google it. The App needs some work.
No Password Reset?
Working great until I forgot my password ("Remember Password" was checked all this time) and there is apparently no link to reset or retrieve your password. I dont even know how the password couldve changed. This rating may change based on the (prompt) reply of Customer Service.
