Un billet reservé par une agence de voyages ne peut pas être utilisé avec lapp... alors que cest un billet Eurostar normal. Donc inutilisable pour les voyageurs professionels...

Les développeurs de cette App doivent oublier quenviron 50 millions de personnes en France partent dailleurs que Lille ou Paris. Impossible de rapatrier un billet au départ de Nantes, ne serait-ce que pour la partie Eurostar, ce qui permettrait denvisager les transits plus sereinement... Une App bien inutile pour au moins 80% des Français !

Completely useless for business travel

The minimum that I would expect is to be able to retrieve my reservations made by my travel agency. Well, it never finds them, even if all reservations are made using my frequent travel number.

Cette application ma fait perdre 350 euros a cause dune erreur dans leur app ! Cest inadmissible et en plus Eurostar na pas voulu me rembourser malgré une demande par lettre recommandée envoyé au service client Eurostar ! La conclusion cest quil ne faut pas utiliser cette application !

Ne marche tout simplement pas !!
