We have all heard the tales of the “one that got away” and have enjoyed the fishing tales (embellished or otherwise). Well, here is your chance to track your fishing triumphs and tales from year to year and catch to catch. Fish Tales is an app for people who fish, ranging from beginners to advanced.
Users can scan your lure UPC bar codes or manual enter them into your "Tackle Box." Users can log and track their own catches by creating a “My Tale” that tags the dates and time, location (latitude and longitude), anecdotal notes, lure that was used, size, and a photo of the catch. A user has the option to store the information locally or share it with other users.
The application also allows users to access the local weather and tidal information (depending on the location). All for only 99 cents! Happy fishing and we look forward to reading your "tales" on Twitter!
