Get free "info-tips" on dietary choices, exercise ,workout routines,social life management, college/school life management,recommended reading/videos/brodcasts from the guy of the App Icon(Type 1 diabetic for 19 years with a current HBA1C of 5.5 after years of poor control in spite of my great effort and compliance) with a target HBA1C of 4.7-5 so we´ll be basically a global team fighting towards health and against Diabetes complications(derived mostly from not knowing). There is so much science and experience-backed information that I would like to share with you. Type 2 diabetics: Mostly everything here will be related to you too so please join us the T1s. PS: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I will provide you with the references and science behind my tips/information so that you can discuss them with your physician.
