e-culatrice na pas de liens avec la liste pour faciliter de trouver rapidement la liste avec son numéro. sur la liste, il ny a pas dordre de numéros E, les numéros sont mélangés. et il ny a pas de version française à partir du numéro 900 à peu près ! ce nest pas pratique.

En tant que professionnel des ingrédients jutilise cette appli comme un outil mémo! Très sympa! Par contre les avis "santé" ne sont pas toujours vrai.. Manque également une mise à jour depuis lautorisation de quelques additifs (glycosides de steviol ..)

Très complète...! Petite question... Existe-t-il plusieurs appellations pour les huiles hydrogénées, ou plus pudiquement "végétales"!!! Pourriez vous donner quelques détails sur les risques et les buts de chaque additif? Merci par avance
