I believe that in making an app that can track the results of the user while offering many tools to that user will help keep even the most discouraged users going to the gym. Rather that goal be to live a healthier lifestyle or to see their grandkids one day, I believe that this app is the right app for a person trying to achieve a higher self, through working out.
By randomizing the exercises chosen by the user and by following an example diet, the user should always continue to see some kind of progress. With diet making up a large percentage of your results with exercise and sleep taking the remainder. By giving the user the most difficult parts to achieving results not only will the results come easier but they will also come much faster when sticking to the workouts and following the diets.
Features:
Randomized exercises for each kind of workout from a database of over 300 exercises that have been rated the best exercises for each muscle group.
Example diets that give meal by meal break down with no “out of this world” foods or expensive supplements.
Users can track their progress from a variety of body part measurements and by taking progress pictures along the way.
