Great App

Jen Chase · 7 years ago · v3.19.2

It’s managed very well, email response times are good and personable, urgent problem are resolved fairly quickly (non urgent issues still take some time).

Fake service

soaring52 · 7 years ago · v3.18.3

Useless app. I reported variety of issues multiple times and nothing has been fixed yet. This app service seems either to be fake or the people in charge are not competent to do this job. The idea is good but the realization is poor.

FAQs dont work on iPhone

JT92101 · 9 years ago · v3.16.6

For FAQs the app just opens a website. Unfortunately, the website apparently isnt touch-friendly, and its impossible to show the answers on an iPhone - apparently the website expects a mouse! Doh!

Crashes when taking photo

lukebourassa · 9 years ago · v3.16.6

Its nice to have an easier way to report graffiti, etc. but this app seems to crash of you wish to take a photo *in* the app. If loading a photo from your camera roll, it functions properly.

Seriously, GET IT DONE!

NESIAN · 9 years ago · v3.16.6

This seems like to be a waste of time and effort. Something to make the city "look" better as if they were actually about to do something. I reported a couple things and nothing was actually done. Havent even received a response back for one of the reports I submitted. Several of us even called and still... NOTHING! I guess theres only a few areas that San Diego really takes care of. Maybe I should run for office!

Simple and fast

Lost by Design · 9 years ago · v3.16.9

Clean layout and ease of use with option to photograph the problem is very useful and the action was quick and prompt.

Crashes on open.

ArtDavisSD · 9 years ago · v3.16.9

iOS v9.3.4 - app now crashes on open. This issue is *well-known* and has been addressed all commercial app developers, but since this is funded by a municipal agency, God only knows when - or if - it will ever be fixed. Moreover - issue reported 60 days ago was "closed" without action or comment as to why. Basically an abject failure.
