All reviews →I can’t get my watch to sync, I’ve followed all the advice and used iPad and iPhone. Also, watch battery needs replacing every 4-5 months but battery shows as still full when the chap in the shop tests it. Really wish I’d saved my money.
Just bought this for my birthday and really regretting that I went with my fave brand Timex over the Garmin same price. Won’t sync for the life of me I wasted hours watching YouTube and trying all the tricks for nothing. I’m returning this tomorrow and trading in for something that actually is “smart” enough to sync and work like a smart device.
The app is a clumsy, unreliable mess. The watch has stopped counting steps. Like most tech, this thing is all hype, under-performing half-baked BS that Timex clearly doesn't are about.
I had the same issues as others on this thread. i contacted timex customer services via email. I sent my watch to them and it was returned a week later and seems to be working perfectly now...better than when 1st purchased
Synch function does not work. Crashes after 12%.
I found the answer ? 2 problems with app/watch. Open watch and on white plastic see "reset" over hole, insert small paperclip or pin, gently push, dial will rotate. Now should be able to connect as if it was new setup. Worked for mine & flawlessly since. Caution: Will need case press to reclose. This should solve app sync problems.
Watch is great. Actually not having problems syncing on an iPhone 7. But the data is trapped in the app! The app need to share that data or it's close to useless.
