Hey Green Shield Canada plan members! GSC everywhere lets you access your benefits plan information wherever you are, whenever you want… unplugged but always connected. GSC everywhere features*: • Submit a claim directly from your smartphone or tablet. • Find a GSC-vetted health provider near you • Check whether a health service or item is covered under your plan, and how much will be covered. • Show your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits) without logging into the app. • Easy access to GSC offerings like our digital clinic, and Change4Life—GSC’s interactive health management portal that supports and encourages you to get and stay healthy. • Search your claims history and get the real time status of recently submitted claims as well as details of previously processed claims. • See instantly if you have alerts for any outstanding claim audits. • View your Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and Personal Spending Account (PSA)* balances, and set up auto-coordination of claims with your HCSA (meaning you only need to submit your claim once). And because we believe that the easiest place to manage your benefits plan is from the palm of your hand, we’ll continue rolling out even more features over time that will continue to bring you a better benefits experience. Not as in depth as website

Seeing as the GCS website is not mobile friendly I would have thought the app would include features like searching claims history. App is only good for submitting 1 of 10 types of submissions online like on website. This app is not inclusive enough of the website features and functionality in this version.

The coolest app in the world. Super easy and efficient. Submitting claims is a breeze. Best of all, the app stores your card for you... One less thing to worry about.

Please change fonts to make more readable, please allow password saving

First the fonts needs to be changed...they are light grey and narrow and very difficult to read. At least on the web site version I can zoom the page to view the text. I cant do that on the app. This app would be unusable for anybody who is visually impaired. Second, the app doesnt remember my password. Third, the claim summary after completing the submission doesnt fit on one page...I have to scroll around to view the summary. I can take a single screen snapshot on the website version for my records...I cant on this app. Fix these three items and I will give it 4 stars. Right now the app is useless to me because I cant read it without glasses or take single screen snapshots of my submissions. App has been deleted.

This app is missing many features found on the web page. I tried to make a claim for an eye exam, but this category doesnt exist in the app. Pretty much useless.

Attractive app that consistently crashes when you submit a claim

I really like the idea of being able to submit a claim on the go, but the one thing that I want this app for, it doesnt seem capable of managing. Mind you, I only tried twice (but how often should I have to try?)
