Purchasing tickets problem

Cant be able to purchase tickets after enter few times

Train your employees first before you launch an app!

I booked my movie with the iPhone app and when I flashed the e-ticket at 1Shamelin, the guy manning the hall entrance reacted as if he never saw it before. I had to wait for him to go ask others before he let us in. Pathetic.

System crashes

The app is ok. But the system crashes too often (cannot buy tickets). Its not reliable; GSCs app is better.

Dont bother downloading

The application buggy. Made a transaction and paid, then it went blank. After reloading the apps there was no trax recorded in history. Tgv shouldnt publish this apps if this doesnt work!

It should get 0 star for this awful app. I tried twice to buy a ticket and at the end said unsuccessful, later it charged me twice and nobody pays back the money. A real rip off

I tried buy the tickets and keep says processing and it just hang on that page to do nothing. Improve the payment process please if not we will we wasting our money if they charge us twice. Try adding support to passbook that will be easier. Thank you

The latest update (Feb 8) has killed this app. It crashes each time I try to open it. I now have to use website which defeats the purpose of having an app!
