A down to earth workout app design for gym ball exercises. Very easy to use, spotted on body change/fit. Highly suggested for newbies as well as long standing users. Results guaranteed!

Not worth your money

I bought the upgrades for this app because I was so pleased with the free exercises but as soon as I opened one of the longer exercises I realized that the only reason they were longer was because the rest after each set is a minute and a half minutes or longer!!

Its an ok app. Nothing special. Making my own workout is fun and being able to set a timer for how long your reps are and resting time in between.
