For the 2024+ Prologue: with the HondaLink app, you can take control with remote commands, check your charge status, and locate your vehicle. Activate HondaLink Connected by OnStar in the app for safety and connectivity services. Check vehicle compatibility: https://www.honda.ca/en/hondalink Features availability: The HondaLink® app has exciting remote control features like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, and Find My Car. Available for 2018+ Odyssey Touring, 2018-2022 Accord Touring and 2023+ Accord all trims, 2019+ Insight Touring, 2019+ Pilot Touring/Black Edition* and 2023+ Pilot Touring, 2019 - 2025 Passport Touring* and 2026+ Passport all trims, 2023+ CR-V Touring Hybrid and 2026+ CR-V all hybrid trims, 2025+ Civic Sport Touring Hybrid, and 2025+ Civic Si vehicles. Battery charge monitoring and control is available for Prologue, Clarity Electric and Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. *Remote Engine Start is currently not available for 2019-2022 Pilot Touring/Black Edition, 2019 - 2025 Passport Touring vehicles. HondaLink subscription package may be required.

My brand new Honda Accord Hybrid Touring cost me around $45,000. Now they want me to send them a monthly payment to use some features that could be gratis at least for a year to test them out. Oh well, after setting it up and getting an account all the functionality I downloaded it for is behind a paywall. Using it is not intuitive and I will probably delete it from my phone.

I love my new 2024 Prologue but the HondaLink app needs to be updated. It often won't refresh the charging status, the remote controls don't always respond, and it should flex when iPhone updates are pushed. Getting a "jailbroken" phone message like so many other people. I don't think I should be paying for a service that never seems to work properly. Very disappointed.

You’re right this app it’s piece of shit. They charge me twice , I was stuck with Customer Service. This is the worst conversation in my life and I never received money back. Thank you Honda piece of shit.

The Honda Link app is junk. It doesn’t work. I called several times; they fix it and it works for a few days. I canceled my subscription.
