Start your vehicle, set your ideal cabin temperature and more right from your phone. You can also easily find your vehicle and get walking directions to its location. Plus, keep track of your fuel or charge level, tyre pressure, oil life and odometer. You’ll also find a number of helpful resources and quick links with the tap of a button. The Chevy App is the worst app I've ever used. Just bought a new Silverado EV and it never updates to show current charge. So i have to go out to the truck to see... Screen goes blank often, locks up, and the onboard system on the truck is almost as bad. Maybe they will fix it? Maybe?

The app, with sometimes glitches, worked. Now with 2 factor authorization it takes 5-10 minutes to start the car. That is if the text arrives. Really GM? Life is hectic enough without you adding stress to a busy rushed morning in a snow storm. You want us to buy electric cars but you will need to demonstrate better apps to convince us the cars will work and be user friendly.

The 2 factor authorization sucks. My bank does not use, my brokerage account does not use. I have more assists there than my 2 cars are worth. So what’s the issue? So GM worker get his car stolen? Is this solution in search of a problem? Come on GM make your site user friendly. You are killing a nice service.
