Hum is the connected car solution that helps you take care of your car and everyone in it. Keep tabs on your car’s health and track of its location. Get peace of mind with crash detection, roadside assistance and more. The Hum app lets you: Use GPS to find any of your Hum-equipped cars when you need to. Check your car’s health from your smartphone and detect issues before you hit the road. Connect to a certified mechanic for unbiased advice. Review your vehicle’s location history and detailed stats by trip, such as average and max speed, mileage, fuel usage, trip time and idle time. Connect with emergency services and have them dispatch help, even if you don’t respond to an agent. Request help 24/7 for flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts and tows—and then watch the map to track the service provider’s progress to your location. Capture data on driving events—acceleration, speed, braking and cornering—to help you understand and modify your behavior, or coach others to become safer drivers. App crashing

Within the last few days the vehicle location feature crashed and stopped working and every time I select vehicle location the whole app crashes

Would be nice if the app was optimized for iPhone 6s. Also the battery usage of this app is horrible.

Amateurssssss This needs to be updated ASAP, kind of annoying to be paying for a service and not have the software actually work. It crashes every time I try to locate my vehicle on my 6s. The 6 Plus works fine, but my main line is my 6s and I cant use it on my own car.

I have had Hum for three months now. Until this week I thought hum worked great. My check engine light came on yet hum says my car is working perfectly. After calling their "trained" support staff line the woman assured me that if anything was wrong with my car the app would notify me. Well almost $1000 later, my car is fixed. Fixes included a new battery, computer failure fix, and a few other things. The bottom line is, this app should have notified me that my battery was completely bad yet it still gives me a perfect bill of health. Worthless.

The Hum concept is wonderful. App has some issues. Hard to read. Locate vehicle time stamp is wrong if youre outside Eastern time zone.

It would be great if made some feature improvements. Like showing the cars gas gauge fuel level. And given notification for when its low. Please keep adding new features
