All reviews →The app works fine on my iPhone or IPad. Neither of those are waterproof to take into the pool. My Apple Watch is waterproof. Why haven’t the app developers come out with a version for Apple Watch??
UNACCEPTABLE. There is an issue with downloading the APP from the Google Play Store. Google suggests to uninstall and reinstall. Once I did that I lost the app completely. I followed up with the Company and received an excuse of a server error that was fixed - but that the app was still not downloadable. Called company several times with same pattern - hold for 1-2 minutes, then music stops and a recorded "goodbye" is played and the company hangs up.
This is the WORST app EVER. The @#$^@#$% status is always Connection Error. Could not connect to device. I have literally wasted hours of my life on this piece of crap user interface and pump.
The issues with the new version of the app answers a lot of questions for me. I am also stuck on the "Waiting for Connection" screen for days at a time. It will work occasionally. Is there a way to revert back to the previous version of the app?

The swiping does not work on my app. It just loads a totally bank screen. I used this app for 2 years with no problem. The new app means that I can no longer control any part of my pool with my iPhone which makes the entire iAquaLink useless. Please fix this now or tell me how I can get a refund for my system.
As others have said, the stupid new update took away the One Touch and Devices buttons from the bottom row. And that is ridiculous and must be fixed. BUT!!! THOSE SCREENS ARE STILL THERE!! You can still get to the One Touch and Devices screens by SWIPING on your My Systems screen. Try it!! The functionality isn't gone, this is just another example of the terribly clunky programming from Zodiac. It is shocking how far behind the competition they are.
