Ras cela fonctionne comme un token électronique et cela évite la security card transmise par IB. Donc cest top car tout le temps à portée de main.
Fails on Iphone 6 plus, iOS 8.3
I just tried this out on my new (today) Iphone 6 plus, iOS 8.3 -- it wont load because "the device is missing hardware support." Touch ID etc are all enabled. The app wont load on my Ipad Mini, or on my ipad Air. But it works on my friends iphone 5s. Go figure. The developers need to do more work on this software. The documentation in ITunes needs to be updated as well. How do I access my IB account if my phone breaks, or is stolen? Can I use some other method to generate response codes? Maybe from my friends iphone? Or will I get a plastic code card as usual, even if I am normally using this app?. Hopefully this review will help.
Great app
This is a great app done by IB. Login becomes much simplified without security compromise. Thanks!
Does not work on iPod touch 6
Does NOT work on my latest iPod touch 6 and iPad mini 2 it says "device doesnt have a required hardware feature". What are we, IB customers without iPhones supposed to do now??
Great app, simplified login
With Touch ID authentication, login becomes much simplified and streamlined. Be careful though do not download and use the iPad version if you are already using the iPhone version. During login on the iPad, simply put in your password as you normally would, and your iPhone is going to prompt you for authentication with fingerprint. IB only allows one device and only one can work.
Not compatible with iPad
I bought a new iPad Air 2 to be able to use this application and expedite access to the trading screen. The application worked well for a week and then stopped. This problem preventing me not only from accessing the trading platform, but also my account with Interactive Brokers during the weekend. When after an hour wait on the phone I got the technical support, I was told that the application was compatible,because I was able to downloaded it, but it didnt work on the iPad (sic). They said Apple was responsible for the "...compatible with iPad..." statement. Im now returning my iPad and closing my account with Interactive Brokers.
Lost two trading days
The last update wasnt throughly tested and hence broke the login work flow. And this update is definitely not a "minor bug fix".
