Access to the full ICD-10-CM 2026 database requires a subscription:

● Six Months — $5.99 every 6 months
● Annual — $8.99/year (best value)
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
