ICD 10 10th Revision of International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems List sponsored by World Health Organization (WHO). CPT Current Procedural Terminology List, created by American Medical Association (AMA), is an industry standard tool for identifying and classifying medical, surgical and diagnostic services. LOINC Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes is a predominantly used database that identifies medical laboratory observations. SNOMED CT Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms is a comprehensive multilingual dictionary of medical terms widely used in clinical documentation and reporting around the globe. Enter a complete code, partial code or text and the application will return a complete list of search results organized by relevance, starting from the most relevant results to least relevant results, providing you with the freedom to review and pin-down accurately on the code you are looking for. Additionally, If you are searching ICD codes then the application will comprehensively display search results from both ICD 9 and ICD 10 lists. See a quick snapshot of each code displayed within the search result on the same screen or tap on to a listed code to gain further understanding. Frequent users such as medical practitioners, pharmacists and laboratory technicians can bookmark a frequently searched code, from within the search results, for easy access, right from their home screen or any other screen in the application.
