Description

iMpact Go! extends the Ross School of Business intranet to the iPhone. It has the following components: - People: sourced by the Ross Directory and Ross Connections groups, allows lookup in a similar fashion to the Ross information kiosks, and calling/emailing/texting from the mobile device. - Gallery: displays the posters in a similar format to the information kiosks, with the ability to view thumbnails or select an individual poster for viewing. - Login: integrates with the University’s Cosign for authentication. After the first Cosign login to the application, users will be able to set a four number PIN, which will be encrypted and stored on the mobile device. Once set, users can use the PIN for subsequent logins. Three sequential failures to enter the correct PIN will erase the current PIN and force a Cosign login, after which a new PIN can be set. Future versions will bring additional functionality.
