Please - the world outside the USA uses SI units. To make this a 5 star app, please add a setting for units.

sound is annoying

other apps let you adjust the sound. I dont want to turn my general volume down just for this app.

I dont know what app others were reviewing, but there is no sound with this app. It is a tool to help calculate insulin dosage per ADA guidelines, and it does so perfectly. I wouldnt have the sound on my device turned on in an exam room while calculating this dosage anyway :) Great job on a very helpful app!
