Description

This is a study aid for Canadian pilots in training. iPilotRadio will test your knowledge on aeronautical radio procedures in use in Canada.By using this application, you can assess whether you are ready to take the exam for radio operator certification. The quiz is based on the Study Guide for the Restricted Operator Certificate with Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A). RIC-21 Issue 3 of February 2010 from Industry Canada. To assess yourself, complete all 4 sections, and you will be rated when complete. To redo a section, double tap on the section in the main menu. iPilotRadio is a universal binary which you can run on iPad, iPod or iPhone, and supports the native resolution of the retina display. Even though international standards are the norm in aviation, the author has not verified compliance with procedure outside of Canada. Use this study aid if you are a Canadian pilot, or a pilot who plans to fly in Canada.
