Using the JOOL app, you’ll:
- Identify your core values
- Write and refine a powerful set of life purposes (personal, family, work, community)
- Track and improve key health behaviors and activities including sleep, presence, activity, creativity, and eating (S.P.A.C.E.). You can connect to Apple Health to assist.
- Receive personalized tips and insights for maximizing your daily stores of energy and willpower and living a life of greater purpose and meaning
- Become a “researcher of yourself” to learn how your own behaviors and actions – as well as external factors like your local weather -- impact the energy and willpower you’ll need to effectively pursue your purpose
