CREATE CUSTOM WORKOUTS
Set your own goals for each workout by choosing from one of four workout modes. Can you beat your personal record?
SYNC APPLE HEALTH DATA
Workouts in the app are stored with your Apple Health data. The Summary tab shows you key metrics for each of five different timeframes - day, week, month, year, and all time.
REAL-TIME FEEDBACK
Use your iPhone as a display during your workout to monitor your performance in real-time on key metrics such as number of jumps performed, calories burned, estimated rotations per minute, and duration.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Master your skills by viewing the achievements youve earned along the way during your jump rope workouts. the iOS app will pull all of your Apple Health jump rope workouts and calculate your progress automatically.
SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING
Stay motivated and encourage others to jump rope. Share your results with friends and family via Facebook, Twitter, or in a text message.
