Ohne Ansagen der Wiederholungen nutzlos. Motivierende Musik gibt es auch nicht. Die Stimme ist gruselig, man erschreckt sich.... Das Video ist nett, aber das reicht nicht zur Motivation... Schade!

I wish I could give this app negative stars. I downloaded the app thinking it would include all 5 sets that are in the preview but it only included 1. And the one exercise it included is so basic I couldve looked it up online instead of wasting space on my phone. When you try and tap any other workout sets you have to purchase them and I dont think its worth the money. There are much better back apps out there so dont waste your time with this one! I understand the app is free but I have other free apps that provide me with way more than 1 little workout. Worthless App!

I didnt even get to use it before it told me to purchase for more workouts. It previews one basic exercise. I made the mistake of clicking more than one & it shut me out completely. Horrible! Deleted immediately.
