Well, this could be such a great program, if, oh if, it only had: 1. More vocabulary (I know, theres supposedly more to come, but when? If its gonna take a few months, well, than its a bit worthless, because Id have to take a break in my learning and wait a few months so I can continue studying), 2. But most importantly, this software misses the most essential function, the ability to mark words as learned. At the moment, I have to revise and revise words again and again, even if I know them already well. This not only slows down the learning process, since youre spending time on revising words you already know, but its also demotivating. Anyway, if you compare this program to the "Loro" spanish program, it only holds up well because its interface looks more professional (but I actually prefer the "Loro" one, since once you mark a word as "learned" or "not learned", the next word appears. With this program, you have to swipe to see the next word). But exempt for that, the "Loro" program is a much more satisfying experience. You can mark words as read, it repeats words you havent learned yet at regular intervals, and it even pronounces the words (though that is not a functionality that is very important to me). And the "Loro" program has almost as many words as this one and costs less (Oh yeah, and their conjugation trainer is ingenious. Same way of function and it costs like 2 bucks!) Anyway, the point Im trying to make is that this program could be better. But to be better it has to have the same functionalities as "Loro" and have more words. Once thats the case, Ill change my rating from 2 stars to 4, maybe even 5. But at the moment, it just is a pain to learn with this program. Hope the promised changes will arrive soon. P.P.S.: This software is driving me mad. I was just revising a collection of 600 words. I was about halfway through when I got an sms and quit the program to answer it. When I opened this program again, I was back of the beginning of my six hundred words. There doesnt seem to be a way to skip through the words, so either you start revising from the start or you have to flip, painstakingly from one word to the next, 300 times in my case, to be able to continue learning... that is, if you dont get an important message you have to answer before you even get through the 300 words... Anyway, this makes this program that painstaking that Ive decided to downgrade it to one star. Hope all these issues will be adressed soon so I can go back up to 4, or 5.
Its okay
Flash cards are great, but as a learning system... Its not. There are categories but no skill levels. The quizes dont puck solely from categories youve studied. Also, it would be nice to tag flashcards youve had trouble with..... Why go through all two hundred words Ive been learning when theres only a few Ive been forgetting? Great for a later refresher but a time waster for right now.
Super App.
Great app to grasp the spanish language. Intuitive, nice interface. 5 Stars
Accela Spanish -terrible
This is just a dictionary, parroting individual words with no context. I am so angry that I spent money on it! It is not a Spanish tutorial at all.
Great app for vocabulary learning
I really like this app. It helps me to learn and repeat a lot of words. As I use it every day I have several suggestions for further improvements :) It would be great to have auto mode for cards. I would chose comfortable speed and listen my focus vocabulary without need to page it. Please consider including all the words in sort of reference with possibility to correct words or add new cards. For example you state that ABAJO is both DOWN and UNDER. Are you sure? Thank you for your time!
Would be a lot better with sound.
Title says it all.
