A lifesaver !!!

Works as advertised. My wife is traveling in India and uses it constantly. Most helpful for ordering food and services .

One great and useful app

I loved being able to use this app while in India. It is very handy to have hen you need it quickly. Was helpful when trying to talk to my husbands family. I highly recommend this app to anyone trying to learn Hindi or just traveling in India. If you have trouble speaking the words just turn up the volume and press the button.

Does what it says - worth a buy

This is okay - it at least focuses on core issues and gives an okay pronunciation guide. It could be a bit more comprehensive, but you get what you see and it serves the purpose it is advertised for. I would rate it a buy if you are coming to India and need some basic language assistance. Would love to see Lonely Planet issue its language guides in an app form - those would be like this on steriods. At $3.99 its expensive pricing.
