Eliminate miscommunication between employees, and increase efficiency in your workplace. Using LYNK, you can keep better track of the vehicles you are working on, cars that are arriving in the shop, and even the cars that are done! And the best part? Its all on the cloud. - Use the V.I.N. Scanner to instantly add new vehicles to the list with 100% accuracy. - View list of all active vehicles in the shop - Use the checklist to add notes or special requests. - Take pictures of damages on the car, included prior unrelated damage(s). - Add captions to pictures you take, allowing other employees to be on the same page as you. - Keep track of parts you ordered. - Each V.I.N. Scan creates a virtual "file" for the vehicle, saved on the cloud. Using LYNK allows you to create a database of all your customers over time, and makes it easier to determine what prior work was done on their car from your shop. It improves the customer experience, creating a more professional appearance to your clients. With LYNK, all of your employees can keep better track on the status of each car and be better informed.
