Lost the packs I paid for!

I wanted to learn sign language and I tried this app and thought it was fantastic. Its easy to use and easy to learn. So I bought the next pack and I had no problems. I just bought another pack and now I cant see either of them! I deleted the app and redownloaded it and I lost the packs I paid for. Really upset because the app is really useful when I can actually use it. For no I wont be paying again because Im scared Ill lose everything again.

I bought packs for this apps and nearly all stopped working except the free components. Trying to find support for this app is impossible. Try using something more reliable.
