Somebody has come with what he thinks is Italian design and perfect usability. Most likely that person has never seen true Italian design and knows nothing about UX. App is complete crap - loads terribly slow, menus and text are tiny, crashes a lot. Look at best examples on the market. Dont try to re-invent the wheel.

I have been using this App for a while now and since the update on the 3rd of October, it doesnt load up, I get 3 alerts which I reject (location, Siri and notifications). Then it goes to the loading screen showing that it takes longer than normal, then simply hangs! If you creat or update an App make sure it works, test it, test it and test it again! Very poor quality as usual from this bank! You dont make possible, you make it impossible! Im sure that whomever developed this App for you can share reports of potentially how many less users have used it since the update, so pay attention to yours customers and maybe just maybe you will get some loyalty. Rant over!

Telex Transfer does not work!

I tried to transfer money to a non-Mashreq beneficiary from my list and the transfer was rejected. It asked me to enter a purpose of payment. There is no option in your iPhone app to enter purpose of payment, and thats why the transfer does not go through. Please fix it! Thanks.
